杨永辉


杨永辉,博导、研究员、日本千叶大学博士、英国剑桥大学Clare Hall 学院Life Member。曾在英国陆地生态研究所、日本国立环境研究所长期从事研究工作。曾任农业资源研究中心副主任(2010-2020)中国科学院水资源研究中心副主任(2006-2017)、中国科学院农业水资源重点实验室主任(2008-2016)、河北省节水农业重点实验室常务副主任等,曾被世行、亚洲开发银行、英国国际发展部等多家国际机构聘为农业水资源与节水顾问。

研究组研究方向:
        1、水循环关键要素的精准反演;
        2、人类活动及气候变化对水循环影响; 
        3、水资源演变驱动机制;
        4、土地-粮食-水资源耦合机制与国家粮食安全。
 
研究业绩
        阐明了华北平原农业耗水的时空格局和京津冀都市圈上游水资源减少的关键驱动机制,明确了南水北调背景下京津冀各区域的水资源供需态势和主要驱动机制;明确了我国全球变暗现象受污染的影响机理以及我国日照时数和辐射的时空发展态势,解析了污染驱动日照变化的作用机制和全球变暗态势下蒸发潜力的计算校正问题。在国际杂志发表SCI论文70余篇,中文核心期刊论文60余篇,获河北省自然科学二等奖一项。
 
教育业绩
        已培养硕士生:14人,博士生10人。毕业学生已有“百人计划”入选者、院长优秀奖、朱李月华奖、国家奖学金、益海嘉里奖学金、地奥奖学金等奖学金获得者。本人作为导师获得朱李月华优秀教师奖、益海嘉里优秀教师奖等奖项。
