刘小京


刘小京,博士、研究员、博士生导师

 

        1966年生,河北宁晋人。博士、二级研究员、博士生导师,中国科学院大学教授,兼任中国科学院盐碱地资源高效利用工程实验室主任。
 
        1988年获河北农业技术师范学院农学学士学位,1991年获北京农业大学农学硕士学位,2006年获日本东京农业大学农化博士学位。1991年7月至今,在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所农业资源研究中心(原中国科学院石家庄农业现代化研究所)工作,历任研究实习员、助理研究员、副研究员、研究员,期间1996-2020年任南皮生态农业试验站站长,2007.3-2007.6东京大学客座教授,1994.7-1995.12美国密西西比州立大学访问学者。


研究方向
        盐碱区水土资源高效利用理论与技术研究,包括盐碱地改良利用、咸水安全灌溉、植物耐盐生理生态及盐碱区生态过程。
 
承担科研项目情况
        曾主持国家科技支撑、国家自然科学基金、国际合作、中国科学院STS以及河北省重点研发计划等50多项,目前承担中国科学院先导专项、中国科学院盐碱地资源高效利用工程实验室、河北省重点研发计划项目等任务。
 
学术成就
        2020年度河北省科技进步一等奖(排名第2):“河北省渤海粮仓科技示范工程技术体系构建与应用”。
        2015年度河北省科技进步一等奖(排名第1):“滨海平原盐碱区适生种植技术集成研究与示范”。
        2008年度河北省科技进步二等奖(排名第1):“河北平原盐渍化类型区优势农业产业发展关键技术研究与示范”。
        2003年度国家科技进步二等奖(排名第九):“黄淮海平原高效持续综合技术研究与示范”。
        发表论文200余篇,其中SCI杂志收录论文60余篇;授权发明专利15项;审定品种6个。
