杨崇林


杨崇林,博士,研究员,博士生导师



        杨崇林研究组主要以秀丽线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans)为模式,运用正向和反向遗传、生化以及细胞生物学等综合手段,探索程序性细胞死亡的调控机制以及溶酶体和线粒体的调控机制。当前研究主要集中在以下三个方面:
 
        Ø  细胞程序性死亡的遗传与分子调控机制
        程序性细胞死亡是多细胞有机体生长和发育过程中最重要的生命现象之一,对组织和器官发育、生物体动态平衡的维持等起着决定性的作用。
 
        Ø  溶酶体介导的细胞降解机制
        溶酶体是细胞内物质降解的主要场所,我们利用重要模式生物-秀丽线虫作为强大的遗传工具,筛选和鉴定影响溶酶体功能和动态的必需调控因子。目前,通过多个正向遗传学筛选,我们已经获得多个表现溶酶体功能失调的突变体。
 
        Ø  线粒体动态平衡的调控机制
        我们将以线虫为模式,利用正、反向遗传学手段筛选并克隆参与线粒体代谢与细胞凋亡的新调控因子。我们将利用电镜分析、基因和功能表达分析、蛋白质亚细胞定位和动态分析,研究所克隆的新基因调控线粒体发生、形状维持的作用机制。,揭示它们的作用机制。
