王道文,博士,研究员,博士生导师

 

        1993年在英国John Innes Center / University of East Anglia学习并获得博士学位,1997年入选中国科学院"百人计划"并获得国家杰出青年科学基金,1997年至今在中国科学院遗传发育所担任课题组长。 



        王道文博士研究组的主要研究方向是植物分子生物学、重要农艺性状分子机理与遗传改良。研究课题包括小麦籽粒品质和抗病耐逆性状的遗传基础与分子改良以及植物重要功能基因的比较生物学研究。
 
        1. 小麦籽粒终用途和营养品质的遗传基础与改良
        小麦籽粒品质性状包括多个方面,但主要是终用途品质和营养功能品质。本组目前的研究主要以三类面筋蛋白及其调控基因为核心,利用功能基因组学技术解析其分子和功能互作网络,为籽粒终用途与营养功能品质的改良提供有益指导和基因资源。同时,我们还在全基因组水平上,系统鉴定小麦脂肪氧化酶编码基因并研究其功能,旨在以其为靶点改良小麦籽粒的营养功能品质与耐储存性。
 
        2. 小麦氮、磷元素利用效率的分子基础与改良
        提高农作物对土壤中矿质元素的利用效率对于减少化肥施用量、降低农作物生产成本和保护生态环境具有重要意义。多年的遗传、生理和生化研究表明植物对矿质元素的吸收、同化和利用过程受多个基因的调控。因此,我们主要利用全基因组关联分析、转录组学和转基因等技术手段,鉴定控制小麦氮、磷元素利用效率的染色体位点和基因。在此基础上,通过常规与分子育种方法的运用,培育出具有资源高效利用、优质、高产等性状的小麦新种质和新品种。
 
        3. 小麦重要病害的功能基因组学和分子生物学研究
        小麦产量和品质受到多种病害(如白粉病、条锈病、黄矮病等)的不良影响,挖掘和利用抗性基因是减少病害损失的有效途径。为实现抗性基因的有效挖掘与利用,我们以基因组相对较小和简单的乌拉尔图小麦(Triticum urartu, 2n = 2x = 14,AA)为模式,针对抗病基因的分子和功能互作网络开展研究,以期为植物抗病分子机理增添新知识、为小麦主要病害的有效防治提供有益指导和基因资源。
