王道文,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
1993年在英国John Innes Center 获博士学位,1997年入选中国科学院"百人计划"并获得国家杰出青年科学基金。 现任中国科学院遗传发育所分子农业生物学研究中心主任。
王道文博士创新研究组的主要研究方向是植物分子生物学、重要农艺性状分子机理与遗传改良。研究课题包括小麦籽粒品质和抗病耐逆性状的遗传基础与分子改良、拟南芥和小麦重要功能基因的比较生物学研究。
1. 小麦籽粒加工品质的遗传基础与改良 小麦籽粒品质性状包括多个方面,如蛋白品质、淀粉品质、以及营养品质等。本组目前的研究主要涉及小麦籽粒加工品质的遗传基础与改良,具体内容是从小麦及其近缘种中分离与小麦籽粒加工品质相关的储藏蛋白基因,研究其产物的功能,并在此基础上建立我国小麦加工品质改良的分子育种研究体系。本项研究由中科院生物技术基金、科技部973项目基金和科技部863项目基金资助。
2. 植物氮、磷元素利用效率的分子基础与改良 提高农作物对土壤中矿质元素的利用效率对于减少化肥施用量、降低农作物成本和保护生态环境具有重要意义。多年的遗传、生理和生化研究表明植物对矿质元素的吸收、同化和利用过程受多个基因的参与和调控。利用模式植物拟南芥开展了对植物核苷转运蛋白和植物紫色酸性磷酸酶的研究,目的是在认识功能的基础上,利用这两类基因分别提高农作物对氮、磷元素的利用效率。本项研究由科技部转基因植物专项经费和国家自然科学基金资助。
3.小麦重要病害的分子生物学研究 黄矮病毒(BYDV)感染小麦后引起小麦植株严重黄化和矮化,我们以BYDV的运动蛋白为起点开始探索BYDV的韧皮部局限性是否是导致病害症状的主要原因。同时,我们开展了LRK10类受体样蛋白激酶在小麦抗条锈病过程中的功能分析。本项研究得到国家杰出青年基金和科技部973项目资助。
