刘志勇


刘志勇,博士,研究员,博士生导师
 
        1996年和1999年中国农业大学获得硕士和博士学位,1999年至2004年在瑞士ETH Zurich和美国Hawaii Agriculture Research Center进行博士后研究,2004年回国到中国农业大学工作并获得国家杰出青年基金,2016年到中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所工作担任课题组长。
 
        刘志勇博士课题组的主要研究方向是小麦基因组学、遗传学和育种,利用遗传学和基因组学手段解析小麦抗病性和重要农艺性状形成的遗传学基础,发掘小麦野生种、地方品种和育成品种中抗病基因和重要农艺性状基因/QTL及其优异等位变异,进行种质创新和新品种培育。

主要研究内容
        1.小麦抗病基因发掘、精细定位和图位克隆
        小麦锈病(条锈病、叶锈病)、白粉病和叶枯病是严重危害小麦生产的重要病害。课题组收集国内外的小麦野生种、地方品种和育成品种,进行系统的抗病性鉴定和遗传分析,利用分子标记定位种质资源中的抗病基因。利用比较基因组学手段,应用高通量SNP分析和下一代测序手段对抗病基因进行精细定位和图位克隆,旨在解析小麦对重要真菌性病害的抗性遗传和分子机理,研究小麦抗病基因的遗传进化和变异机制,开发抗病基因功能标记应用于小麦分子育种。
        2.小麦重要农艺性状基因/QTL定位、精细定位和图位克隆
        小麦产量构成因素、株型(株高、叶片形态、茎杆质地等)和抗逆性(根系性状)是影响小麦产量的重要农艺性状。课题组以小麦遗传群体和自然群体为材料,利用高通量SNP分析和下一代测序技术进行遗传作图,对控制重要农艺性状的基因/QTL进行定位、精细定位和图位克隆,应用于小麦产量潜力的遗传改良和分子育种。
        3.小麦种质创新和新品种培育
        综合利用常规育种和分子育种技术手段,创制和培育适于我国小麦主产区的高产、抗病、抗逆、节水种质资源和新品种。
        4.短柄草研究
        以短柄草为对象,开展抗大麦条纹花叶病毒(BSMV)基因克隆及其与BSMV互作研究。
