许执恒


许执恒,博士,研究员,博士生导师

  1989年毕业于上海第二军医大学,1999年获美国新泽西Rutgers大学博士学位。1999-2005在美国哥伦比亚大学做博士后及高级研究助理。发表通信作者论文60余篇,包括Science、Cell Stem Cell、Nature Neuroscience、Immunity、Nature Metabolism、Nature Communications (3篇)、Cell Reports (5篇)、Cell Research (4篇)、Blood、Hepatology、Advanced Science、PNAS、J Cell Biol.、PLoS Biology、Annual Review Virology、MCB (2篇)、JBC (6篇)等国际一流杂志。先后获得美国NIH的 Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award 及Rutgers大学Bush Fellowship 和Waksman Fellowship,国家杰出青年科学基金,基金委创新群体(负责人),863项目(首席)资助。以及“2019和2021年度中科院优秀导师奖”、“唐立新教学名师奖”、“朱李月华优秀教师奖”和“益海嘉里优秀教师奖”,及北京市科学技术奖一等奖等。



主要研究内容:
        1) 利用生物信息学与多组学(单细胞测序、ATAC测序、基因组、蛋白质组、脂质代谢组等)联合分析、高分辨率成像、在体标记与成像、神经谱系与神经环路示踪、光与化学遗传学,及上述多学科技术与分子细胞生物学技术的交叉,深入研究脑发育的分子细胞学机制。
        2) 发现新的致病基因,建立和利用基因操作小鼠模型研究小颅畸形、自闭症、精神分裂症、渐冻症和多发性硬化等神经精神疾病的发病机制。
