黄勋


黄勋,博士, 研究员,博士生导师 

        1994年获厦门大学学士学位,1997年获中国科学院微生物研究所硕士学位,2003年获美国加州大学圣克鲁斯分校 (University of California, Santa Cruz) 博士学位,同年进入美国斯坦福大学 (Stanford University) 从事博士后研究。2006年10月起任中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所研究员,博士生导师。获得中国科学院朱李月华优秀教师奖、中国科学院大学“李佩优秀教师奖”,入选中国科学院百人计划(终期评估“优秀”);科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”;万人计划“科技创新领军人才”。获得国家自然科学基金委“国家杰出青年科学基金”、重点项目、重大研究计划重点项目;科技部“重大科学研究计划”、“973”和中科院先导项目等项目资助。担任国家自然科学基金委“糖脂代谢的时空网络调控”重大研究计划指导专家组成员;十三五/十四五国家重点研究计划“发育编程及其代谢调节”重点专项总体专家组、指南编写组成员;《遗传》主编。


        脂肪是机体的重要组成成分,是细胞及机体能量与物质来源。除了作为细胞膜主要成份之外,脂类分子也参与了信号通路调节、能量储存,并影响个体生长发育及正常生理功能。脂肪组织是甘油三酯和胆固醇酯的重要储存之处,是机体参与脂类代谢调控最重要的部位。脂类代谢也在胚胎早期发育和非脂肪组织功能执行中起着重要的作用。脂肪代谢异常可能导致出生缺陷、肥胖症、糖尿病、脂营养不良症、生殖缺陷、脂肪肝和动脉粥样硬化等人类重大疾病。本实验室围绕脂代谢调控研究领域,展开“脂代谢调控与生理”“脂代谢调控与发育进化”两个方向的研究。

主要研究内容:利用模式动物(果蝇、线虫、小鼠等)体系结合哺乳动物细胞培养系统,解析个体生长发育、衰老中,不同组织器官(脂肪组织和神经组织等)脂类的动态变化;重点研究其在机体、细胞内的产生、运输和转化及调控机制;通过阐明脂代谢与脂稳态调控的分子细胞机制,为人类脂代谢疾病的发病、致病机理研究提供线索。
        1)脂代谢调控与生理:脂代谢调控关键分子的发现及其调控;在细胞(及亚细胞结构)、组织和个体层面,脂代谢调控的分子机制;脂代谢调控关键分子影响生理稳态的机理。
        2)脂代谢调控与发育进化:脂代谢调控影响早期胚胎及组织器官发育分子机理;进化中的脂代谢调控。
        3)脂代谢相关疾病的发病、致病机理。
 
主要研究发现:利用模式动物,建立研究脂质储积和脂代谢稳态的特定组织细胞系统和分析方法(Liu et al., J Genetics Genomics 2014Wang et al., BBA-Mol. Cell Biol. Lipids 2019),系统解析脂质代谢调控的分子机制及其所影响组织器官生长、发育、衰老的分子细胞机理。发现极长链脂肪酸和胆固醇稳态在精子发育过程中的重要作用(Chen et al., Hum Mol Gene 2010; Ma et al., Development 2010; Wang et al., Dev Bio 2011; Ma et al., Genetics 2012);揭示脂质代谢与细胞生长发育协同调控的分子机制(Xiang et al., Dev Bio 2010; Liu et al., PLoS Genetics 2014; Liu et al., J Genetics Genomics 2019; Yang et al., PLoS Genetics 2019);发现脂肪组织发育分化中脂滴表面蛋白、基础转录因子和染色质重塑分子等在脂稳态调节的分子机制(Bi et al., J Cell Sci 2012; Wang et al., PLoS One 2012; Fan et al., PLoS Genetics 2017; Yao et al., Cell Reports 2018);揭示脂营养不良症的致病基因Seipin在脂肪细胞发育分化和非脂肪细胞脂类异位储积中的作用机制(Tian et al., PLoS Genetics 2011; Bi et al., Cell Metabolism 2014; Ding et al., EMBO J 2018);发现神经细胞脂解在脂滴稳态维持和神经细胞退变中的作用(Yang et al., EMBO Reports 2020)。
