沈前华


沈前华,博士,研究员,博士生导师

 

        2008年担任中科院遗传与发育生物学研究所研究员,博士生导师。1985年江西农大学士,1985-1987年华中农大植物遗传育种研究生,1999-2000年英国John Innes Centre硕士,2001-2004年德国马克斯-普朗克植物育种研究所(Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research)博士,2004-2008年德国马普植物育种所博士后。
 
        学术任职:担任中国植物病理学会理事会常务理事;植物生理与分子生物学学会植物与微生物互作专业委员会副主任;Phytopathology Research,Associate Editor;Frontier of Agricultural Science and Engineeokring, 编委。


实验室研究方向:植物-病原菌分子互作,植物免疫机制
        植物如何识别病原菌并激活抗病,病原菌如何巧妙地躲避识别或抑制寄主抗性,专性寄生真菌如何与植物建立寄生关系等等是重要的生物学前沿问题。作物抗病性也是重要的稳产性状,提高作物品种的抗病性可以减少农药使用、保护环境、绿色生产。实验室采用重要粮食作物大小麦与白粉菌分子互作的研究体系,采用遗传学、细胞生物学、生物化学和组学等研究手段研究作物抗病的分子机制,研究重要病原真菌的致病分子机理, 挖掘新型抗病基因,为抗病育种提供理论基础,并应用于创制抗病育种材料。
 
        1植物免疫受体的抗病机制
        研究抗病蛋白的抗病机制,探索抗病基因在抗病育种中的应用。抗病蛋白或NLR免疫受体介导对病原菌专化性识别并诱导抗病免疫反应,我们研究这类抗病蛋白诱导抗病及细胞死亡的分子机制,以及抗病激活与转录重编程的关系,鉴定抗病蛋白复合体组份及下游信号组份,阐明抗病基因转录及翻译后的调控机制。
 
        2、植物与病原真菌互作的跨界信号
        病原真菌(如白粉菌)编码几百个效应蛋白,有些被分泌到寄主细胞中,通过干扰其致病靶标蛋白或抑制植物的抗病免疫反应帮助病原菌致病;植物和病原真菌的小分子RNA(主要是miRNA、siRNA)在植物与病原菌互作中也发挥重要的调控作用,并通过跨界调控靶标基因的表达起作用。我们研究效应蛋白的功能和作用机制,鉴定sRNA以及靶标基因及其调控机制,阐明跨界sRNA的作用机制。
 
        3、麦类作物抗病遗传及抗病基因克隆
        麦类作物真菌病害主要包括白粉病、锈病和赤霉病。我们研究大、小麦对病原真菌的抗病遗传,筛选抗病种质资源、挖掘抗病新位点,通过GWAS等技术鉴定和克隆新型抗病基因,包括广谱和专化性抗病基因。
