李云海,博士,研究员,博士生导师
 
        1996年河南大学学士,1999年中国农业科学院硕士,2003年中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所博士。2003-2008年英国John Innes Centre博士后。2008年9月任中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所研究员,博士生导师; 中科院“百人计划”入选者;2015年“国家杰出青年基金”获得者; 2016年入选科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”。


研究方向:植物种子和器官大小调控的分子机理
        植物是如何感知并决定其种子和器官大小是一个重要的发育生物学问题。同时,植物种子和器官大小也是重要的产量性状,因此对其调控机理的研究将为高产育种提供基因资源和理论基础。我们实验室以水稻和拟南芥为研究材料,通过遗传学、细胞生物学、生物化学和生物信息学等手段研究植物种子与器官大小调控的分子机理,为高产育种提供理论基础和基因资源。
 
        1、 双子叶植物(拟南芥)种子和器官大小调控的分子机理研究
        我们实验室在模式植物拟南芥中克隆了一系列种子和器官大小调控的关键因子;发现了多个种子和器官大小调控的遗传途径;初步建立了几个种子和器官大小调控的分子遗传网络。目前正在解析种子和器官大小关键调控因子作用的分子遗传机制,建立完善的种子和器官大小调控网络。并应用模式植物的研究结果到作物中,提供作物产量和生物量。
 
        2、单子叶植物(水稻)种子和器官大小调控的分子机理研究
        水稻产量主要由粒重、穗粒数和分蘖数等重要农艺性状决定。水稻种子和器官大小是影响水稻产量的关键因素。通过QTL和GWAS分析等从野生稻和地方水稻品种中发掘种子和器官大小调控的关键因子;利用已分离的一系列水稻种子和器官大小的突变体,已克隆一系列种子和器官大小调控的关键基因;在水稻中建立种子和器官大小调控的遗传和分子网络,阐明其作用的分子机理,为高产育种提供基因资源和理论基础。
