主要研究方向: 土壤微生物分子生态学,生物信息学
 
研究内容: 

        应用分子生物学和基因组学技术,对农田生态系统氮过程及氮污染进行微生物分子生态学机制研究。利用宏基因组学技术对农田土壤的微生物区系进行解析,分析氮过程及氮污染过程的功能基因的流向及变迁,鉴定相关的功能优势菌群。进一步研究功能菌群的生理生化特性,阐明氮过程及氮污染过程的微生物水平及分子水平的机制,从而为修复微生物生态系统平衡,修复面源污染,降低化肥施加、实现农业可持续发展提供依据。
