简历:
        刘秀位,中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所农业资源研究中心,研究员,博士生导师,中科院“百人计划”青年俊才候选人。

研究方向:
 
作物生理生态学
        作物高效用水的地上地下协同调控研究,主要研究方向包括:
        1. 作物抗旱节水生理生态机理
        2. 作物根系原位测量方法与技术
        3. 作物根系功能表型组学
        4. 稳定同位素在农田蒸散发研究中的探索与应用
 
研究业绩:
        1. 明确了华北农田耕作压实对作物影响的土壤容重临界值,提出用亏缺灌溉与深松结合的方法削减耕作压实对作物的不利影响,为本地区农田耕作栽培管理提供了理论依据,研究结果发表在Agricultural Water Management和Catena上。
        2. 在国际上首次证实了利用探地雷达测量作物根系的可能性,但是探测精度需要进一步提高,研究结果发表在International Agrophysics和Plant and Soil上。
        3.与传统整个叶片水平碳同位素相比,单体化合物同位素能更好的指示作物的水分利用效率,可作为筛选节水高效品种和评价不同管理措施对作物水分利用效率影响的判定指标。研究结果发表在Organic Geochemistry和Crop Science上。
