艾有为


艾有为,博士,研究员,博士生导师
        1990年出生。2012与2016年获东北林大学士与博士学位,博导马建章院士。2010-2014年在哈兽研学习病毒学;2014-2021年在北生所进行博士/博后训练,师从王晓东院士研究细胞死亡机制。2018年获博新计划支持。


研究领域:
(一)细胞死亡与癌症、组织器官损伤、甚至人类的健康寿命息息相关。
 
        本课题组综合生物、化学、医学等多学科知识,通过全基因组CRISPR-Cas9筛选、小分子化合物筛选等手段解析细胞死亡的机制,揭示全新的细胞生物学过程。具体研究内容包括:
        1. 细胞死亡的机制;
        2. 发明小分子药物治疗癌症、退行性、炎症性疾病;
        3. 理解人类寿命的极限,开发延长健康寿命的药物。
 
(二)同时,本实验室关注更小的生命体病毒的基本生物学特征。旨在:
        4. 开发广谱抗病毒药物。
